Trade Exhibition

IAH 2012 will feature a comprehensive Trade Exhibition where suppliers to the groundwater industries can showcase their latest products and services. With an expected attendance of 500-600 delegates from industry, government and academia, exhibiting at IAH 2012 will put you in touch with leaders who make key purchasing decisions in this globally diverse marketplace.

Designed to maximize opportunities of meeting with delegates and other participants, all coffee breaks will be held in the trade exhibition area beginning with the Ice Breaker Reception at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 16 and ending at the last coffee on Tuesday, September 18 ~ Providing 2 full contact days to connect with delegates. The exhibit fee for single booths (10' x 8') is $2,500 plus HST ($2,250 + HST if booked and payment is received before January 30, 2012).

All booths include back wall and side drapes, display table, two show chairs and power. The exhibition fee includes one 2-day conference registration (Monday/Tuesday). Exhibit space allocation will be determined based upon priority sequence by registration and payment receipt.
